Try and replace the fuse that was found damaged. if the fuse blows out again there are errors in the main power supply whcih is the SMPS unit.

Possible blockage of out going line to garbage disposable or pump has gone out

with cathode raid televisions this is common in older units. the screens deteriate overtime and eventually fail. honestly, i would recommend purchasing a new television. as repairs for crt televisions are costly as parts are not made anymore.

Try downloading the drivers for the motherboard MERCURY PVM 7 PRO

The chipsets and the audio IC are same as your motherboard so these drivers would perfectly work

first you must check that *********** board has capacity to use 8x graphic card, if you had a spare 2x or 4x graphic card try on it.

These will run a bit hot, but make sure you have enough compound on it. If the old stuff was dry, use a solvent to remove it and replace the compound with plenty of new stuff.
