My RCA Opal m4208 8G MP3 player froze on start up. You can turn it on and all it says is ? OPAL Initializing?? No matter how long you leave it on that?s all it does. I tried resetting it and nothing. The computer doesn?t recognize it either. I cant charge it with the computer and it wont turn on plugged into the computer. HOW DO I FIX THIS.???
