Turn on the monitor, (right) click on an empty area of your Desktop Screen; next click Personalize, click Display Settings, click Identify Monitor. At this point, the monitor should be present, click on monitor. To finalize the application, click Apply! Next, click (OK). To “Fix” the (Resolution): Part: (1) Click Display Settings, adjust “resolution.” Click, Advanced Settings, “click” Properties, click on Drivers, “click” Update Drivers; click “OK!” Part: (2) Right click on “Desktop”, (in the upper area) check if the Graphic ™ Control Center is visibly presents, if so, click to open. You can adjust the Graphic Settings. Click “Apply” next, “OK” when finished! Restart the computer. I hope this Fix it.
