Question about Dell Photo 964 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Per Dell this is a problem with either the ink cartridge or the cartridge carrier. The only advice given is to reinstall the cartridges, disconnect the printer power then reconnect and turn on. If that doesn?t work the next step is to replace both cartridges with brand new, genuine Dell cartridges, not refills or equivalents. If that fails the next step depends on if your printer is over 1 year old. If it isn?t then I would contact Dell support immediately for a warranty replacement since the next steps involve taking things apart. Let us know how to proceed.

it showing that ink is in machine, but when you send to print it's saying check left cartridge
I have installed both the color and black cartridges, both are brand new, Iwas trying off brand in color that was to be able to work in the 925 all in one and it did not work so I installed both new ones, i was successful refilling me black with refill ink from a kit but the color never worked, help
