How do I change the power setting

you have to enter your cooking time and THEN hit the "power level" button. Most likely, the display will read "the current power level is set to 10" or something like that. just go ahead and put in the number for the percent you want.
For example, hit 5 for 50% power. Then, hit "start."

Microwave gets hot and then shuts down, how can I fix this problem? Thanks

You might check to see if the fan is turning and the vents behind the fan are clear. It's possible the magnetron is over heating causing the oven to shut down.

Fuse keeps burning out when replaced. When the microwave is turned on, the fuse burns out immediately

If it blows as soon as you hit the "Start"pad to cook, it has a shorted high voltage capacitor.

Does not start !

This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or a problem on the control panel.

Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside.

This can be caused by slamming the door or by habitually opening the door while it's cooking without hitting the Stop pad first.

If you or a friend decide to look into it, we have critical information on safety, disassembly and door switches at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

Power

You can download some models' owner's manuals here: http://www.samsung.com/support/productsupport/download/index.aspx But the attached diagram shows how power levels are categorized or rated. When you want to cook at a power level other than high, you normally hit POWER then a number from 1-0. On some models you press POWER repeatedly until it shows the power level you want.
