Sharper Image GT113 Beetle Clock radio

Lost manual and can't seem to set the alarm. Have no problems with the clock, but no luck with the alarm.

    Thanks....I tried that before buggin you guys but the control panel is completely different and the steps will not work with the GT113.

    we recieved the GT113 Beetle CD Stereo 2.0 am/fm Tunner & Alarm Clock with wireless Remote Control as a gift and the adapter was not in the box. Do you the correct adapter that is needed? & Where I could pick on up?

Sorry, no luck with a manual for the GT113, here is the link for the manual for it's replacement, the GT806; http://www.sharperimage.com/us/en/catalog/productdetails/sku__GT806 Check page 16 - hopefully the process is the same on your model for the alarm - other features are definitely different. Please ask again if this doesn't work. Hope this helps :)

    Sorry, looked everywhere but no luck with a manual. Perhaps you could post back a photo of the control panel you have, hopefully we can come up with a couple of ideas.

How do I change the temperature from celcius to
pressing the "mode" button (on top) scrolls through setting the alarm sound and volume, setting time, 12 or 24hr mode, and F or C.

Simply press mode again and again to scroll through to the temp setting, and hit "accept".

Sharper Image S1785 Clock Settings
When setting-up the time (by pushing the "mode" button), the alarm time set comes up first, followed by the time set.
When setting the proper hour in this mode, simply continue through the military "24 hour" cycle and the second cycle of 24 hours will be in the 12 hour format.
Continue through and finish the mode set-up function and your up and running. --

Sharper Image Beetle projection alarm clock/radio-need ac adap.
Hi,

You can just buy a regular AC adapter in any store, just ask for a universal AC adapter to make sure it will fit. (you can try Radio Shack, Walmart etc.)

In a universal AC adapter there are multiple plugs and there's switch to set the volts, just find the right plug that fit you Alarm Clock and make sure you set it to 6V and that's it.

Buttons not working.....
In the battery compartment is a small button marked "reset". Push this in after the batteries are installed and the buttons should work. You will have to reset everything.

Here is the link to the user manual; http://images.sharperimage.com/all/en/manuals/products/GT113.PDF They do not mention any backlight feature in the manual - looking at other similar models, they describe the procedure in the manual - you just have to press the snooze button to turn it on or off. might be worth a try. reading reviews of the clock there is supposed to be a blue backlight feature - try pressing display when in radio or cd mode and you should get a menu of display options - i imagine one of these will allow you to select backlight on/off If none of the above works then try contacting them directly (numbers are in the manual) check this link if you want more info as they are recently bought out) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharper_Image Hope this helps :)
