Ok well usually one can use either a USB cable, or Infrared transfer, or Bluetooth. Of course your phone MUST support any or all those standards. Check your manual. If so then usually if you go the the manufactures web site, and download the relevant phone communications software, install the program and Driver... and ya be good to go. The USB cable way is usually the best.

Hi Im downloading a picture onto my compter but when i double click it to see in photo editor or when i try to email the photo it keeps sayiny that theres an error reading the file. Thanks!

The file may be corrupt. Try a different file to verify this. There are utilities out there that can sometimes repair these damaged files.

The only way to clear up phone memory is to connect it to your computer using USB cable that came with your phone. Back up all photos there and save it to your computer. After saving all your photos to your computer, you can simply delete all your photos from your phone memory.
