Re: 123 BUTTONS DON'T WORK ON MY SONY ERIKSON K750I
Try putting the phone in a very warm dry place, ay in the "Hot water cupboard" for a day or so and this may drive out any moisture that may be causing the problems, also shake the phone vigorously B4 you do so to try and dislodge any moisture. Or you could try disassembly and wiping the keypad contacts, perhaps there is still moisture there, or maybe it has shorted something else which is why ya gotta dry it out completely.

there may be some dust particles entered into your phone that may be the reason for some of the buttons not working properly especially joystick .......if you have tool kit using it open your phone and using cloth try to clean the board .......if you are not confident of opening better take to near by service center to get your problem solved
You can't lock it with a code, unfortunately, the best you can do is to do a key-lock, which you can do by pressing the * button, and then the right contextual button (the one right underneath your screen).
If you're worried about your phone being abused, you could consider setting a SIM PIN code, but this requires you to turn the phone off for it to be active.
If your son locked the device, unless your son can remember the code, you are out of luck to get your info off it. Your phone will work if it gets flashed at your local service center or the provider. They should do it under warranty. If you run into any problems, or there is no service center in your area, just check my profile and im sure we can help you.
