Dishwasher Hotpoint 7885 Aquarius Ultra Plus

Iam getting ERROR 11 on any washing cycle program except program 1 (rinse cycle) which does not require the heating element.

Non of the washing cycles will finish and the water is not heated...all of the above indicate that something is gone wrong wityh the heating element...??

Any suggestion for solution?..Thanks AN

Sounds like the valve coil has failed on the rinse side of the valve, to prove it, you can reverse the connections to the coils, select the last rinse, and it should commence to fill.
If it is faulty, then it means replacing the complete valve.

If it won't rinse because it won't fill, it's most probably because the cold water inlet valve is faulty. Many machines will only rinse with cold water....No cold water.....No rinse!! Not a big job.....Nomess

check if heating by putting on as hot wash and feeling the door. if no heat, check continuity thro the heater - modern heaters have a non-resettable cut-out in them which can cause problems. no heat then no program advance
