If you pull the battery, you should be able to match it at a battery specialty store like BatteriesPlus or The Battery Store (both are chains in my area that sell specialty replacement batteries). Someone there should also be able to suggest alternative batteries if an exact match can't be found. It's almost certain that multiple manufacturers make a battery with comparable voltage and amperage characteristics; the finicky part is finding a battery that has the right terminal placement.
It's worth looking at substantially similar batteries. Sometimes, a battery with slightly different terminals will cost a fraction of the price of an exact match. If that's the case, it may be worth your while to engineer a little adapter wire so you can use the cheaper alternative in your light.
On a final note, once you know the standard description for your battery, you can often find the cheapest replacements online. Speaking generally, this size lead-acid battery is used in many UPS devices, though those cells may have different terminals. However, if you go shopping online, be aware that the cost to ship a lead acid battery may eat up any savings in price from shopping locally. In addition, if there's a problem with the replacement battery, it will be more difficult and more expensive to return/exchange it than if you purchase one from a local shop.
Good luck!
