I did some combination of charging my phone, turning it on/off while it was charging, and removing the charger. In any case, my phone doesn't work anymore. When I turn it on, all I see is the Verizon screen flashing over and over again until the phone finally turns off by itself.
Thank in advance for your help!

hi,well on the droide, you can try this first,,power off the phone..then remove your sd card and sim if aplicable.. then push and hold the camara button, and then push and hold the power button,in a few seconds youll see the boot screen come up.. it will give you the option to restore the phone or boot the phone. o restore ,or down to boot, try the boot first because the restore will cause you to lose your data.hopefully you have backed your contacts up..if just doing the boot dosnt work, follow these steps again to do the factory restre..If that dosnt work contact me here and ill
More often then not its the battery even tho the battery is fully charged as it may seem. The rel test is get a new battery not your friends battery tho but a new one put it in there and let it charge. If that doe not work then the phone's logic board has been effected and it may or might not be worth reviving. But check the battery first.

try to get a new charger or battery if that does not work then i suggest a new battery....... of there is no luck then ask the verizon people... if they tell you to get a new phone then throw a fit and that (most of the time) works :)_
Interesting, normally the screen only appears with water damage, which I am sure Verizons customer service has continued to tell you that is the cause without thinking the customer might not know for themselves, The only way to fix this is to got to a Verizon Wireless store and ask them to do what is called a software flash, now it may delete all your information on your device but at least it will work, if you need any more help with this let me know.
well, the cause is definately a software issue...what caused it is hard to say. could be physical or moisture damage, but if u are certain that is not the issue, the phone can be replaced under the warranty if u have had it less than a year, or if u have the extended warranty. if it is damaged or out of warranty, you can use ur insurance, if you have it.
