I have a Jensen VM9311TS dvd player and it's not holding any memory. every time i shut the car off it reboots itself and everything has to be reset. Anyone know how to fix it??

This is almost always related to an installation error. The yellow wire at the back of the unit needs to be connected to a constant voltage source that doesn't switch off with the key. It's possible that the connections to your red and yellow wires are reversed.

check to see if the const. (its usally the yellow wire) wire is going to power at all times and make sure that you have both ground wires at different places
is this a recent problem? as in you have put cd's in before? if this is the case the disk sensor may be dirty or thinks it has a disk in it already. hit eject a few times and see it it dose anything, if not use a pen to reset it to factory settings and reboot it's self, worth a shot...
I have the Jensen VM 9311ts. Where can I get a media module for it? I found the cord and the j link cord , but I can't find a media module anywhere. HELP!
