Initially my keyboard was working with the logitech keyboard. However, I loaned the keyboard folio to a co-worker to try my keyboard with their iPad. When I got my keyboard bareplacing my iPad back in the folio. I have not been able to get the keyboard folio to pick up my update anymore. I followed the instructions again, but the Cannot get keyboard to register. Bluetooth is not able to find the folio. The status light on the keyboard is blinking green.

try to turn on BT on iPad while Logitech is blinking (which means it in pairing mode and can be discovered). If that doesn't help I'd suggest to remove batteries from Logitech for 3-5 minutes then put them back.
