I have a Gucci 8600M men's watch and need the screw-lug'pin size

This is a $1,000 watch, you don't let some cowboy watch vendor in a Mall touch it!! Take it to a local jeweler who specializes in high end watches.

Here are your screws.

https://www.watchmaterial.com/gucci-watch-parts/

This is the solution to changing the battery, and you just change it for the same one that is in there. Getting the back of is hard to do without scratching the case, and getting it back on is near impossible because of the waterproof gaskets and the fine screw thread.

Watch parts

The part you are looking for is called a bezel. I wouldn't waste your time looking for one if you plan on installing it yourself because you do need a special tool to put it on. I suggest going to your local watch repair shop for advice.

Parts for Festina watches

You can check with a reputable watch repair shop, you should be able to replace with generic parts and save a good amount of money! If not then you can always send it back to Festina to have it repaired!

Seiko flightmaster fitted new battery watch wont work atall

Most likely the watch was damaged when the battery was installed. Quartz watches have fragile parts in them. The coils for instance are made of wire thinner than the hair on your head. It takes almost nothing to damage these wires and the coil. Dirt is a big problem. Since a quartz watch has no force behind the gear train the smallest particle of dirt can stop a quartz watch.

Either your watch will need a cleaning or damaged parts will need replacing.

A qualified watchmaker can do this work and get your watch back in working order for you.

Hope this helps,
Ken
