Deleting pictures from album are quite simple. Simply locate the file manager on your unit. Once you locate this find where the particular image is saved often depends on how the picture got to your device in the first place pictures captured by the device camera it shoud be under camera pictures or DCIM but if received via bluetooth or downloaded from the internet should be under images. Once the file is located select options and delete. Hope this solution has been helpful?
Pictures taken on a built in web-cam are normally saved in your documents folder specific folder for the software that you are using to take the pictures..If you navigate to the folder you should be able to delete the pictures. Also if the software using for example (YouCam) to interact with the web-cam, they allow you to delete pictures taken with the web-cam. Just click on the image and hit delete or right click the image and choose delete.
connect the source of the picture to the computer, then save all the pictur you ever wanted, then remove the camera, then connect the cellphone to your computer, then copy those picture you save before then paste it to your folder in you phone
uncaught exceptions of any kind usually mean that there is a corrupted file in your phone. The only way to get rid of it is to reload the phones software by connection your phone up to the blackberry desktop manager and run application loader

The best thing to do is take it to a camera store. They will tell you that the CCD unit has goine bad in it. It will probably cost more to repair than the camera is worth giving you the option to get a new camera instead.
could it be saved in your memory stick? it may also be that the phone memory is full, i suggest you check and if it is not, the you should get the software/firmware check
