Connect it to a different computer.
Copy its files to the 'C:' drive.
Burn a copy of the files to a CD/DVD-writable disk.
Then "format" the device.
Copy the files back onto the device.
Use the CD/DVD disk on your computer.

in the dropdown box -- select your operating system currently installed on your computer.
download the driver to your DESKTOP so that you can find it.
double click your download to install. follow the prompts. RESTART the computer..
