Hai this is madan.I am working as site specialist. I am facing a problem with NSP100 I dont have the remote of that.Whan i am opening with my brower its asking the useranem and password to enter i it. i tried with defalt one ysername is "nsp100" and password ia "kiss". but that is not opening. Can any body tell how to reset the username and passwrd if u know pls mail me to [email protected] thanks
But this is not a modem. and there is no reset button!
It is simple. You see the modem. there will be a reset button. generally it is hidden. Only reset is written and a hole is given near it. Switch on the modem. Take a thin & rigid pin or stick and insert it into the hole provided and press for 2-3 seconds.The moden must restart.This will reset the modem. Please read the manual if you have or download it from sony website.and enter the defalt user name and password accordingly.
