If the units under warranty you may want to contact Toshiba as it sounds your unit is in need of a replacement laser assembly.
If the unit isnt under warranty, Toshiba should be able to supply the parts you need and as long as you mark every thing that you remove, as to know where it goes when re-assembling the unit. The lasers arent difficult to replace. Good luck.
pls. check regnel code seting .
use remote cantrol on setup menu open and selact regnal code set Adealt . or all regnel code after then use disc is play caractly
if not then problum is inside your disc player .
Use. lance clenar disc and clenig your disc player lance.
you need to see if the disc is spinning inside the unit, if it is then you need to either clean the laser with a clean cotton tip or replace the laser, if the disc doesnt spin, it may be the spindle motor(held within laser assy, which is easier to replace) or it could be the mpeg printed circuit board. Good luck.
Same here!!! We've only used it maybe 8 or 9 times. And it's been worthless for the past month because of it. It reads everything "no valid disk" and nothing will work. And I tried e-mailing customer support several times, with no luck.
