I can't view all of your question, so I will answer this to the best of my ability. If you're talking about heating a cup of water, it normally takes 1 minute or less for the standard microwave oven on HIGH. About 2 minutes if you want boiling water. I hope this is what you were asking. If not, provide me with another question and I'll see if I can give you a better answer.

There are three common issues, magnetron "heats food" cracked high voltage diode, or a shorted high voltage capacitor. In order to find out you will need a professional to assess, it will be probably cheaper to replace the microwave oven.
If your microwave runs, but doesn'theat your food, verify that you have selected a cooking setting. You mayaccidentally set the timer. Test the magnetron by placing 1 cup of water in themicrowave and heating the water for three minutes. If the water doesn't heat, your magnetron is dead.
Microwaves differ in power so you need to determine how long it takes your microwave to boil water. Great care should be taken as because if left to cook too long, water can become super heated and cause serious injury.
To determine how long yours takes, put about a cup of water in a microwave safe mug with a handle in the center of the oven and run it for about 1 minute. Remove VERY CAREFULLY and check the temperature with a meat thermometer. Repeat until you get the water up to about 180 degrees F. Note the number of minutes and use that going forward.
Sounds pretty normal but the inside is not supposed to get hot - only the food is.
Try heating a half glass of water for 1 minute if it gets hot... its working - if not then the actual microwave generating device inside has probably died.
In that case buy a new microwave oven as the cost of parts and labour to repair is usually more than cost of buying a new one.,
sounds like the magnetron is dead, cheaper to replace the microwave than get that part replaced unfortunately... unless you can find another of the same model (or compatible) for parts.
thats normal water expanding and boiling off from the microwave boiling those tiny water pockets in food... sounds like popcorn sometimes. Cover your food with a paper towel to avoid spatter on the ceiling of the microwave when this is happening.
u need to clean the cavity inside the microwave .. step to clean that .. put a cup of water nearly half filled( 30 ml ) and start microwave for five minutes .. after that just open microwave and clean from inside with clean cotton cloth .. this will surely help ..
