Hello, Well I've had my jukebox for almost a year now, and this is what's suddenly going on. Also, let me mention that when i got it, the person who sold it to me put a brand new battery in it for me (or so he says....). I had not touched the player for about three months, I just didn't have any time to use it. And so two days ago I tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't do anything, so i figured that the battery must have died over that time it was idle. i plug it into the wall, and everything works fine. I even upload some more music into it while it's plugged in. I let it sit over night to charge, but when I pick it up the next day it won't turn on again. However whenever it's in the wall it works perfect again, it'll be working great while in the wall but the second i take out the power cord it turns off. Perhaps the battery won't get a charge at all, or something. I don't know what's going on or how to fix it, any ideas? Is there a way to give the battery some kinda jump start? Thanks a lot for any advice in advance. I'm going from LA to NY and would really like to listen to some music on that long flight!
Hi, it could be of two reasons 1. internal charging circuitary is blown,it just show as if charging but actually no current for charging is fed in to the battery. 2.Battery is totally dead and it is impossible to get it done with the low current charger inside. According to my opinion the first one is more common since the unit is kept with battery and this complaint usually happens to camcorders, and i have corrected many charger circuitary with this problem. all the best my friend sreejith
