Troubles with connection?

Hi there! I've a problem with QS6500BT Scanner... There's an orange light blinking under the aerial sign on base and it beeps three times repeatedly. It looks like base can't establish connection with a scanner, but scanner is fine, charged and placed onto it... I tried to turn-off/turn-on the base, checked it's connection to computer - everything's just fine, but the problem is still unresolved. I also tried to walk away with a scanner and then to come back in time, so I left the range of signal - nothing. Can anyone give me an advise of how to fix that problem? Thanks!

If this item is second hand it may have been associated with more than one scanner, You should be able to log into the base station and read the error logs, and check the scanner associations. you could always try a factory reset, but you would have to re-associate the scanner and configure the base station again Gareth

you have to begin with scanning "Start" en end with scanning "END"

How do I wire this to my truck?

The 'Red' (+'ve) wire connects through the ignition to a power source so that there is only power through it when the ignition is on. The 'Orange' wire connects to a (permanent) power source, and the 'Black' (-'ve) wire connects to any part of the vehicle's (metal) body or chassis. This only applies where the vehicle is a 'Negative to earth' vehicle.

Canon Pixma MP150 Error code E 42

Had exact same problem. Scanner light should come on at power up. Found ribbon cable connecting scanner unit to base had come unplugged from socket on circuit board. The ribbon cable is one of three found near back hinge of scanner and is hidden underneath the other two. It should drape over the edge of circuit board and then plug into small recepticle on inner side of board. I plugged it in and printer works again. Hope this helps.
