When we switch to channel 51, some of the program are blocked. The screen turns black with a message: "Protected program by TV-14".
How to remove this block?
Go to the TV setup menu and look for the V-Chip settings. Turn it off altogether or if you have children you may want to just raise the block up to MA, R, or X rated programs

We have General Settings, and no Set up. Are they the same? In General settings there is no V-chip settings.
