Does anyone know how to reprogram the TV/DVD combo to receive all the cable channels without the original remote control, i.e. a universal remote? I can only access channels up to about 22, none higher. HELP! :)

Can not control the volume on an rca

Ok to reprogram the remote and this only works if you just use the remote for the tv and the receiver. Like i was saying to reprogram the remote hold the tv button till all the top lights flash, then push the red power button, then hit the up arrow button slowly til the tv cuts off, once it cuts off hit the pound (#) button. The top lights should blink three times, that should reprogram the remote, If it is a tv/vcr combo or a tv/dvd combo then there isnt a code for it. Also there is a series of years that the rca tv's wont take a full code and u can just control the power and the tv channel
