From your question it is understood that, default (English) language of your Facebook account has been unknowingly changed to some another language and you need a assistance to change it back again to English language. Go to settings and scroll down and see if you can find English. I did this on mine a while back. I had to go to the internet and look up my model and instructions and then where to find settings / languages and then see what buttons to press and count how many languages down the list to find English. Alternatively, go to google translations. It can tell you what the words are in English to Russian.
Since the language has been change it's difficult to have a step by step instruction for that. Check this picture and try to change the language back to english.

If you have an iPod nano or Fifth Generation iPod (iPod with video):
Scroll down to the last menu option but don't select it.
Scroll up one menu item. This should be Settings.
Press the Center (Select) button. This takes you to the Settings menu.
Scroll down to the last menu option but don't select it; in English, this is the "Reset All Settings" option.
Scroll up to the third menu item from the bottom one. This should be Language.
Press the Center button to select Language.
Select your preferred language from the list.

updating the firmware. To manually change the language:
Press the scroll wheel to access the main menu.
Scroll to the Settings option (the icon looks like a gear).
Scroll to the Language option (the icon looks like a pearson speaking).
