If you download rhapsody, you can download the tracts, but it will give you an error in 2weeks - 1 month. to fix this, me and my family started to do some legal cheating by recording them and tagging them, then simply click and drag them to your MP3 player filepath... simple enough?

Successfully downloading music onto Sansa c250

Here is a link to the manual:

If you are certain that all of the files are in mp3 format, then your best bet would be to change the USB Mode of the player - if it is in MSC Mode, chnge it to MTP Mode and vice versa - instructions for doing this are in the manual.

I can not change lenguage because I don't have a setting MENU

pull out the battery and put it back in. you will lose all your files but all your settings should go back to the way they were when you bought it.

Charging

is it on or off when you plug it in? try both.

you could also try a different computer, only two of the 3 comps in my house even recognize my player.

Display prob

Is the screen cracked?

Does it appear to be leaking a liquid?

If so, there is no "fix" for it, you will need to have the screen replaced.

Sansa c250 or e250 mp3 player

the price is pretty similar, the size would be my main concern. The e250 is wider and heavier then the c250, but the interface and the scroll wheel might be worth the extra bulk, if size isn't an issue, and you wanna be able to play videos then the e250 is the one. if you want something small just for music on the go c250 is your toy.
