yes, it has little wheels on the bottom and uses a quick-release connection to hook up to the kitchen sink when in use. It is only about 21"x21" and 34" tall.

Sorry to tell you this but this machine probably has a hole in the tub (the plastic part). The basket (the part you refer to) is fine, but to replace the tub, it isn't economical. You will probably have to get another machine.

This is usually on the machine when you purchase it. If you need a new part, you can call a local parts shop and see if they have one or a second hand appliance dealer may have one you can buy relatively inexpensively.

if it is on the hose then it should be a check valve.

I would put the dishwasher on its back so you can see underneath to check the fill and drain hose to make sure there not damaged in any way to cause it to leak. if it all looks good under there return it upright and remove the front lower kick panel grab a flashlight and start the dishwasher. you shoud be able to see a leak and where it is comming from. its possible it could be from the hose the inlet valve the pump and motor assembly or the plastic tub itself. good luck
