Question about Coby MP-C941 MP3 Player
I have an MPR that is stuck in the radio mode and I cannot play my music that I have downloaded. What could be the problem??? I have reset it but still no dice. It gives me an HDD or HHD ERROR
Ok, I think I might know how to solve this. You might need to fix your firmware. Try going onto this website: http://cobyusa.com/_en/support_md.php Once you get there, go through the list of dvd, cd, and TV model numbers until you find your's (Should be on the back of your player) then download the firmware. Then place it into the player and unplug the player from your computer and start it up. It will take a minute or two for your player to start up, due to it installing the firmware, but you shouldn't have a problem from there. I hope this works and have a nice day.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
