I purchased a sony NW-S705F, installed SonicStage 4.1 software which came with it. When transferring files from SonicStage to MP3 player an error message comes up relating to omgjbox.exe and it shuts down automatically. I have installed the latest SonicStage 4.3, rebooted and it still happens. I have downloaded the latest microsoft updates and visited the sony website for help, still no joy. Any idea how I can sort this out?
Any help would be much appreciated.

The NW-E55 Walkman Player is compatible only with the SonicStage Software for transferring the songs. Unfortunately, the Software is not compatible with the Windows 7 OS and won't be able to transfer the songs from the Windows 7 OS using the SonicStage Software. Only option to transfer the songs to the Player using the Software is via Windows XP or Vista. However. once you install the Software and transfer the songs, you've to use the same computer to transfer or delete the songs again.
Yes, you need Sonic Stage software installed in PC to transfer mp3 files in this Sony MP3 Player. Click Sony Support, select OS running in PC in drop down list to download Sonic Stage software, install it in PC then connect mp3 player with PC and transfer files through Sonic Stage. Thanks.
You should be using SonicStage software in order for you to play mp3 files on it.
But there is another way of transferring music on it via drag and drop. You can use MP3file Transfer Software.
You need to install SonicStage software in your computer to upload songs in NW-E307 mp3 player.
Click Sony Support to download SonicStage software files.
Thanks.
first off when you transfered them using the sonicstage software it put what are called digital media rights that locked that file to the pc that loaded it, dont worrie there is a way... open up the mp3 player in one window and find the music you want drag it over to your desktop, then get a program called tunebite and that should help
