This is not just you, it is the phone. I have had mine replaced many times. Im on my fifth model of this phone, it still shuts off randomly but the contacts stay intact. I would go to your service provider and get a new one, since it is the phone itself.

Android or Microsoft phone?
In any case, if restarting your phone doesn't help, backup (media, sms, contacts etc to SDcard) and revert to factory setting (before get doing this get your SDcard out of your phone), should do the job.
First, contact your cell phone carrier and ask if they have two identical numbers for you on record, one for your old phone, and one for your new phone ... but with two DIFFERENT IMEI numbers. The old record SHOULD have been purged from their records when you got your new phone. Then contact Facebook Customer Service and explain the problem you're having.
if the contacts are on the sim then remove the sim and put it in a new phone, put a new chip in the b2100 and search for the factory code in the phone's manual go to security search for factory setting and enter the factory code the phone will restart then put back the old sim.
To resolve this issue u need to contact the sim service provider.they will give that particular security code to unlock it.. If still the issue means revert back with ur service provider's name..
When you make a new relationship - connection with a PC you should always backup the whole mailbox first.(messages,contacts,calendar...)Because the ActiveSync erases the "old" contacts. So,can u go back to the "old" PC (where the contacts are OK) and try to synchronize your contacts? Make a new connection with Act.Sync.If u want to update or add contacts, its better to do it via your mail client(MS Outlook for example) first and then synchronize your PDA.Good Luck.
