I found the newer support site.

http://www.venturer.com seems like the manufacturer, but they don't list the PVS1965. They list a PVS1960 which seems to be an older model.

To order the cables, I went to http://www.venturer.com and then that clicked me through to http://www.1800customersupport.com/products.aspx?view=270&p=5&sc=6&sn=Mobile%20DVD%20Systems&pn=Car%20Entertainment

My dvd player works but i am not getting anything on the monitors

Well the actually the player isnt working.

If you get no video output, and the wires are hooked up correctly, then the video output circuits are bad and the unit will need replaced.

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/sean_54c3a3dc48a7773c

How do I put it together?

Plug the fat cables into the monitors on the bottom, and then to the player in the D shaped holes. Plug the 12V (car) adapter into your car's power outlet and then to the player in the small hole that may be marked AC/DC in. There's only one hole that will work - can't mess it up.

You can order replacement parts from the following web site. We had accidentally cut one of our player to screen cables and I ordered two through this site. Had them within 2 weeks, no problems. http://www.18002526123.com/products.aspx?type=pa&view=104&p=34&sc=6

Kawasaki dvd screen damaged

Visit the official customer service website for this product, http://1800customersupport.com/kawasaki, or call them at 1-877-252-6873. They should be able to sell you one. Target also sells an item that should work. It's called the Kawasaki AVM678 or Audiovox AVM6781, and designed to work specifically with the PVS1965 or PVS1965S. I believe it's $79.99, but only available in their stores, in the portable DVD section of the electronics department.
