You can try straightening it out by pouring a pot of boiling water over it then bending it back. It probably won't go back to normal but you can get close enough to the measurements.

You can replace it with any type screw head. I would recommend however using a screw with the proper shank size. That is to say, a srew that is the same diameter.

• Paint the bed frames with a finish paint that has a rust inhibitor within 24 hours of priming them. That will help the primer and paint bond.

• Roll on the paint in the same way you applied the primer. Use a paintbrush to make smooth, sweeping strokes to distribute the paint. Switch to a paintbrush with synthetic bristles if you decide to use a water-based paint.

yeah probably aluminum heads too. Finding a good used head is pretty hard. Some /most machine shops will mill the bottom of the head but ignore the top where the cams are. so the warped head now has a flat bottom that will likely bend some more and the cams are on a super high wear streak due to binding from the warpage. Make the machine shop bend the head back flat first and then touch up the bottom with the milling machine. Make them show you that the cam fits perfectly flat(no rocking) with the caps OFF and the lifters/rockers removed.
Then use a Corteco headgasket NOT Felpro.
You will love the result. and it will last. Keep in mind that cars with aluminum heads can't tolerate overheating like the old iron heads could.
