You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.

Solo hay que desconectar la bateria interna que esta debajo del panel por un momento , conectas la energia sin conectar la bateria , si todo esta bien vuelves a conectar la bateria y ya no te dara mas problemas.

Heat tempreture in Phaser 3200 MFP Fusing part
This option does not need to be changed unless you are getting a overheat error. If you lower the heat on the fuser this can result in image transfer on the paper leaving blotches and ruining the fuser.

Xerox phaser 3200 MFP paper jam remove & reload
There is a sensor in the upper portion of the paper feeder, its above the paper in the tray, it falls out of the mounting.
Easiest way to get to it is take your print cartridge out and lay the machine on its side, it is under the metal plate. I am sure it has come out of its mounting slots.

Phaser 3200 only printing code, not actual document
Try downloading and installing a PCL language driver from the Xerox.com site for the phaser 3200. It looks like that could be a PostScript issue. Installing the right driver is very important anyway. If that does not help, try and copy paste the document in a new document and save first as the old document could be corrupted. If this does not help either lemme know and I think of something else.
