Myxer.com Completely Free, You can even upload your own and customize. Ringtones are sent to your phone via text message and you just save it as an audio.
Myxer.com Its completely free, they have ringtones, wallpapers, videos, games, etc. Everything is sent to your phone via text message and you just save it to your phone.
Go to the website myxer.com and you can download ringtones. the trick is to download the ringtone twice. it will save to your phone. the only drawback is that you can't hear the ringtone before you download it, but you can always try again. this is a free ringtone site.
There is probably a routing problem on your account..thats why it wouldn't let you download. Yes you can change music to ringtones. They need to be less than 20 seconds or it will recognize it as music instead of ringtones. Any audio editing software will do. I use wavepad 4 just because I already had the pro version. You can search "wavepad" on yahoo and the first one will let you download a trial. All the features are availiable and when the trial runs out...delete and download again. Just save the file as an MP3 and then transfer to your micro sd.
You must have an internet connection set up in your phone, %95 of ringtone providers send you link to an internet web to be accessed by phone for the requested ringtone, if you do not have internet access in your mobile phone, you're screwed :).
