I recently turned my phone off (which i rarely do, i usually just plug it into the charger at night) for a weekend. When I turned it back on yesterday, my speed dials had apparently been cleared, and i cant access the my contacts' information. All my contacts still show up on the list, but when i click on them to view or edit information, it takes me back to the home screen. Is there a way I can fix this problem, or at least restore the factory settings without clearing all my contacts?
Hi There, You can possible try a master reset and see if this will solve your problem. If this doesn't work you can try a master clear. The master clear would erase your pictures and downloaded or bluetoothed music. The master reset will not. SAM !
