When I add tracks to the Rio S35S, next to them it says ?Transfer Pending? but the transfer never starts. My battery was half gone, so I changed to a brand new fresh battery, and the tracks still won?t transfer (even though it says they are ?transfer pending?). Can anyone help?

You may need to transfer the funds from your paypal account to the bank account. See if the funds are in your paypal account, and if they are, just transfer them over. If it says pending, then you have to wait.

Okay , You can scan once. Then close the scanner monitor controls. Then START-Programs-Paperport-Scanner Monitor. This reopens scanner Monitor for next scan. You may also have to START-Run- then type in %Temp%. Go to the One Touch folder to get your pics and delete all files before you scan another pic.
