I just bought my MP3 and I am having a few problems. I am getting a bit impatient and frusterated. Hope you can help me: 1- First, when I bought it, there was already preloaded music on it. I don't like any of it and yould like that space for my own. Anyone knows how to delete them and any other files for that matter? 2- What type of music files do you need? I tried uploading noraml MP3 music files using the program but it didn't work. Via Windows Media Player, it did though. What can I do? Thank you. & pelase hurry!
You should be able to see the MP3 player in my computer when you connect to it using the usb lead, it will be listed as a removable drive, double click it and a folder or two should appear and if you double click the folders the songs should be listed, just right click on the relevent mp3 file and delete, or send to any folder on your pc first to save it then delete it.
