Before you use your Jabra BT350, you need to pair it with your mobile phone. 1. Put the headset in pairing mode • Make sure the headset is off. • Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on. 2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT350 Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a typical mobile phone in fig. 5) 3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350 Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros).

Hello friend,
First, make sure that your headset is charged and then press and hold the "Answer/end" button until that the light becomes blue solid. at this time you can do a search on your phone to discover bluetooth devices.

if the device doesn't light on at all, you may need to try with another charger because in this the device is not charged at all.
Best Regards,
seeing the red light tells you that the jabra isn't fried or shorted and that there is life but there is a problem, the red light isn't blue when it should be. so have you read the directions your ear piece came with when you first bought it?... hold the on button until you see the blue light stays on.(blue light will flash fast then slow then come to a complete stop and stay on) once blue light stays on that should mean you can now find the ear piece on your cell phone to link up. if problem still isn't fixed then you might as well buy a new one.
On The Blue Tooth You Have To Hold The On Off Till The Light Flash's Blue Red Over And Over Then Search For It On Your Phone. Once You Find It It Will Be Recognized For Now On. Just Hit The Button On The Blue Tooth One More Time To Stop The Sync Mode.
Follow the steps below: • Setting the headset into pairing mode 1) Ensure the headset is fully charged 2) The headset must be switch off 3) Press and hold the on button for around 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue 4) The headset is now in pairing mode • Searching for the headset on the phone 1) Go to “settings” or “connections” 2) Select Bluetooth, then options 3) Select Devices and click add 4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found 5) Select the Jabra device and click add 6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’ 7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
BR, I had the same problem with my BT350 and my Razr V3c. I was finally able to resolve the problem by doing the following:
- delete BT350 from device list on Razr
- start Razr looking for device
- put BT350 in pairing mode while phone searching (hold answer button till solid blue light)
- phone will detect BT350 and retrieve name
- select Jabra BT350
- say 'yes' to bond with Jabra BT350
- enter passkey - 0000
- phone will connect with Jabra BT350
Brand New Jabra -BT350 won't work on my Nokia 6102i, I did everything in term of setting my phone properly to paired with the Bluetooth, My Phone Bluetooth light is on, and the device blue light is flashing as well, but it still doesn't work. the phone would ring, I hit the JABRA button to answer it.....still can't answer my phone... Please send your help to me at [email protected]
You never said what model is your phone but the general practise is to pair the headset to the phone.how??
Make sure the headset is fully charged ,normally showing blue light depending on the brand.
1>While the phone is on ,press a button on the headset and it(headset)should show a blue light depending on the brand.
2>keep this button pressed and go to your phone's bluetooth configs and select a 'add audio divice' tab.The phone will search for for any headset in the vicinity till it finds yours.
3>Select your headset name shown on the phone and you could be required to enter password to pair,in this case most will be (0000)or (1234).
Sorry had to be this long!!!!
