Unit shows a code EE5 ... Model Sharp Commercial Microwave Model RCD 2200 M...
It may be that the voltage selector on the back of the oven is not set to the proper level of your AC supply.
It will probably have settings for 208VAC or 230VAC.
Chances are your oven is set to 208VAC but it is on a 230VAC line.
Refer to your owner's manual for specific details.

The
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.
It may have an intermittently shorting keypad or another problem on the control panel, which we repair for customers nationwide with our guaranteed $39.95 service.

The mechanism has failed. simply replacing this handle(push) mech will fix this issue.
SOURCE: Sharp model R-1871 shuts off every 59 seconds
This
is a problem in one of the damper-related components, either the switch
or motor or the damper door may be binding.
The
damper is a door inside that opens or closes depending on cooking mode.
If the controller senses that the door is not in the right position, it
will shut down the cook cycle.
Sharp models stop after
59 seconds.
See the attached sample
drawing for a typical damper assembly.
We have the applicable
service manuals for these models and have uploaded it to our site here and here to help you.
If a switch is all you
need, we offer a universal type for only $5 postpaid which you can
order here.

SOURCE: how do i remove sharp microwave from wall model
The only problem that ricksterboy doesn't list, is there are also two screws located underneath as well. You have to take off the filter screens to find them. They secure into steel supports inside the microwave.
No getting the micro off the wall w/o removing them, or using a sledge hammer...which after all the time we used trying to get the thing off the wall, seemed like a good theraputic option.
Lucky we took off the vent cover and discovered the additional anchors.
Good luck!
Check this against your code, but iff EE is flashing you may have an internal electrical fault that needs to be checked out by a repair person.
