Hello Sir,
There can be 2 resets which can be done. The one is BIOS Reset and the Other is the OS Reset. If you want to get the Laptop to Factory settings then you have to do a OS Reset. For this you need to get the Operating System Recovery CD. Insert the CD and boot the CD. The Recovery Procedure will automatically start and the Computer will guide you through the rest of the Procedure. Follow the Computer's instructions and the laptop will be restored to Factory Settings. ' Reply me if you have any doubts or problems.
