Sound driver i have purchased lenovo 3000 G430 4152 38Q model laptop but could not install sound driver neither i could download the software.Pls give me solution?

SOURCE: i have purchased lenovo 3000 G430 4152 38Q model laptop but could

first of all install MSUAA http://tinyurl.com/leng430 that is patch for xp and then downlaod seccond driver from top for sound and then try to install it forcefully means manually select sound driver from same site link and then install if you are still facing issue pls contact me.
