Question about Optoma MovieTime DV10 Multimedia Projector
Everything was fine until tonight: it's now impossible to see a movie with the projector, because all our DVDs are not anymore recognize by the projector. A message appears saying "no disc" and the DVD just don't play. What can be wrong??
If this unit has a built in DVD player, then the player's lens may need cleaning. There are lens cleaning discs available for this. If the unit does not have a built in player, then the same applies to your player & there is no problem with the projector itself.

DV10 optoma movie time is not playing. According to the dvd player it doesn't have a disk. It spins and will not read DVD's. It started doing this about a year ago, occassionally and now can't get to play any DVD. HELP...

I had this problem once. I sent it in and they had to update the firmware. I don't recall that they did anything else, but, am not certain. I would start with that.

We were playing a dvd yesterday when it suddenly froze. I turned it off and hours later tried to play the same dvd. This time it wouldn't play at all and I kept getting "NO DISC" on the screen. It won't recognize any dvd we put in it.
THE DISC DOES NOT LOAD. THE DON'T THINK IT IS SPINNING AT ALL.
Last night we encountered the same problem. Whenever we put in a DVD, it displays 'no disk".
No dvd found
well every time i put in a disc it says no disc and do not play at all
The spinner function of the DVD player does not seem to be working. The laser is okay and the project itself works fine, but the motor that spins the disk around seems to have stopped.
I cleaned the DVD lens but still getting the same error message "no disc"
