Question about Kenmore 3.8 cu. ft. HE4t Front Load Washer
My washer will start but no water comes in--eventually we get an f13 error message. HELP!
Rocky, the F13 has to do with the dispenser motor. It's unable to move to it's home position. You will need to remove the top by removing the 3 torx screws in back. Slide it off toward the back. Check the linkage from the dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser. Check the harness from the dispenser motor to the central control unit. Reseat if necessary. At the main board in back, third harness from the left is the dispenser switch/motor. Wires read 6-5-3-1 from left to right. Ohm out the switch, test points 6 to 5 should read 0 ohms. The motor 3 to 1 should read 1400 ohms. Catriver.
