Casio pmp-300 keyboard

I have both the manual and driver. I also have a firmware update to make it 1.10

It says Traveler but this camera was made under at least 2 brands from the company in China. Optimus and Traveler. Both are part number 16-3899 but are model DV-5040

Hi.
There is no E10 listed, so it is probably a service code.
Firstly, I'd try removing the batteries, then turn to REG mode. Power off at wall for 10 mins, then power on and replace batteries.

To use the machine, turn to REG mode, type price (NO decimal point), then press a department (right of numeric pad). These are categories of things you sell. Then press a payment button EG CASH or CA/AT. If you get that far, I can help with any other queries.
