Ya Hi there that someone was me .

have you checked the new monitor on a working PC so as to confirm whether its really working

secondly if its a TFT monitor then generally u have a auto button if you press it the TFT automatically starts working

second if the old monitor was bigger diagonally and the new monitor is smallr still u might get this problem

This message comes when the signal from the CPU is not connected to Monitor

also confirm whether you have a win OS &if so go to restart and keep pressing F8 key while the first screen appears with the new monitorif the first screen itself is not visible you have some other issue

Monitor displays /out of range 15.7hz/ 60hz

This usually happens when the frequency range of the monitor can not handle the refresh rate provided by the system. Did you tried to change the resolution or the refresh rate frequency of the system ? If yes then you have to revert the change. In case you are unable to make the change from with in the OS as message pops-up at the start-up i suggest attach an other screen and choose a lower resolution afterwards you can attach the same screen and hopefully the issue will be resolved.

Attention out of range monitor H:95.1KHZ V:59.8HZ

You can solve this by choosing "Last known good configuration that worked" instead of going into safe mode. This will take your old display settings that worked.

Message received is "Resolution Notifier best resolution is 1280*1024 notification keeps appearing on monitor and I cannot get rid of it. the picture appears fine, why does the message keep appearing?

This is similar to the "out of range" message that many flat monitors give when the resolution is maybe higher than the monitor would like.

It has given you the suggestion for a good reason. As with most monitors flat or crt it is possible to shorten the life of them if you abuse them in this way.

My suggestion is to lower your resolution to the one it offer you.

Showing message out of range

Your monitor settings within windows are set too high for the monitor to display... When computer first boots.. be ready and press the F8 key...
Enter safe mode.. Reset the display properties in control panel to 800 by 600 for a start. Setting the resolution too high past the monitors ability will give you that message.. Most monitors are able to display 1024 by 768 just fine.. Out of range.. means the display settings within windows are out of the monitors range of ability to display the screen resolution you have set... Good luck!!

Relisys Monitor model TL528A - Plug it in, screen is blank panel light is yellow. push ON button and I get a 5 second message stating: OUT OF RANGE HS: 53.5 KHz VS: 84.8 HZ WORK RANGE ...

It normally means that you have connected the monitor to a computer whose resolution and frequency are beyond the range that this monitor are capable of.

To fix this, you can do one of two things: reconnect the old monitor and reduce the resolution to 800 by 600, which every monitor can handle and then reconnect the new monitor and change the resolution settings again. by default, Windows will restrict you to only settings that the monitor can handle. The second option would be to start your computer in safe mode (F8, just before you get the windows screen during boot). and change you monitor settings that way, rebooting afterwards.

Out Of Range

Do the same procedure you do to enter "safe mode" but this time choose the "start in VGA mode" option, then change windows resolution.

Monitor out of range

Most commonly, this problem is caused by an incorrect refresh rate setting. LCD monitors typically DO NOT support refresh rates higher than 60hz - and this is no exception. Try running the game in "safe mode" if it has one. Adjusting the in-game video settings should solve the problem, just look for a screen refresh rate or any video-related setting with a number followed by "hz". Set it to 60, everything should be fine.

It could also be that at some point the game changes resolution (this frequently occurs if there is an in-game movie or cut-scene). In this case the resolution settings for the in-game movie might be at fault, check them if you can.
