Hello, I have a problem with my HP1350 all in one printer. I recently had ISDN set up on my computer and they used the USB port that the printer used to be in. Since plugging the printer in another port it has been playing up and the scanner is not working. When i try to scan it can not find the device. I have tried installing the printer again using the Set up disc provided but it does not let me 'there is a newer version of the software for this device already installed on your computer' is the message I get. The computer went through the process of installing when I first plugged it in but I think this has not installed properly. Can you help?
Many Many thanks
Neil

sir ,
your printer is a psc hp1350 ink jet printer . you can only use the the inkjet paper for your printer. If your paper is 8.5x 11 inkjet compatible you can use that to your printer
i cannot re-install my hp 1350 all in one scanner. i have uninstall and re-install the printer driver was unknown. how can that be possible even i dont have the cd that comes with it.
I just had the same problem after putting in a new black cart. Try this:
Open HP Director
On the main window select Settings>Print Settings>Printer Toolbox
Open the Configuration Tab
At bottom right click "Factory Settings" button then "Apply"
A configuration warning popped up explaining that 'd be changing settings used by the driver. I clicked ok. AOK. (I did do an alignment just before this, but it's probably not required to fix the prob.
