ist check whetherv there are any black spots on the battery connector .if u see any try cleaning them and keep the battery under sun for 3 to 4 hr .ur battery should work properly or else buy a new battery
Try *#7370# but you need to enter your lock code. If it does not work, turn off the phone. Press and hold GREEN (call),* and 3 buttons simultaneously while turning the phone on. Do not let go until hands appear.
Dont turn it on that way, use the key which has some symbol like this on it, most probably on the top or the side of your phone.

usallly new phones must be charged for 6 hours . try doing it . try to locte any other buttons on the body of ur phone . if u cant find a (i) mark in end button then its not hte power button . nokias powe buttons are indicted with it . it amy be in the body of ur phone
