LCD display malfunctioning

I had been living with not being able to read the LCD display on my Keurig B60 Coffee Maker for months and finally decided to call Keurig. Their solution was for me to buy a new on for $100. They did ask me if I had descaled the machine although they didn't indicate this would fix the problem but it did. So I strongly recommend descaling your machine on a regular basis to avoid this problem.

I have a Keurig B66 and it has suddenly stopped working. The Keurig heats up and the display shows ready, however we cannot choose cup size. Is there something that we can do to fix it?

If it's only 2 months old you should contact Keurig directly. They have awesome customer service and will probably replace your unit. I have read numerous postings that they will do it even if you did not register your machine.

It just stopped turning on. The power sorce to the machine works but machine won't turn on.

They replaced my entire unit when my heater stopped working and the unit would auto power off after trying to heat up the next batch of water. I would contact Keurig and see what they will do for you.
