My washer has done this before but now I dont think its gonna fix itself. When I put it though a cycle it fills with water and washes the cloths fine but the spin cycle wont work, it doesnt spin fast and the water doesnt drain out, it stays with the same water the whole cycle. And I dont know if this makes a difference but theres a black rubber piece around the inside of the door were the water comes out and I believe thats were the water goes while draining, well theres a rip in the rubber piece, would that be why its not draining??
No thats two different problems. The rubber piece (boot) forms a seal to prevent the water from leaking out, that should be replaced. Water might have leaked and ruined the pump. At the end of all cycles is there still water in the tub? If so your pump is either clogged or has gone bad, and thats why the washer wont go into extract.

Hi,
When
my washer did that, I found that the shocks that hold the tub were
bad...
Check out this tip I wrote about the noise and

washing clothes , doesn't wring and water doesn't drain out
Well, I had the same problem with this model too. And tried an educated guess (this from a dummy) I replaced the the motor. It worked fine most of the time. I went as far as even taking the back panel off just so I could manually spin the pulley on the drum which would assist the motor to operate, of course after a few attempts. But this infrequent procedure worked for about one year almost to the date.............But, now I'm crying for HELP.....Can anyone help me?
