To replace an ink cartridge on a Kodak ESP C310 follow these steps:
1) Make sure your printer is on.
2) Lift the printer access door, and wait for the carriage to move to a position where you can access it. The ink cartridges are located in the printhead.
3) Pinch the tab on the ink cartridge.
4) Lift the ink cartridge out of the printhead.
5) Remove the new ink cartridge from its bag.
IMPORTANT:To prevent the printhead from drying out, insert the ink cartridge into the printhead immediately.
6) Remove the protective cap from the cartridge.
7) Insert the ink cartridge into the printhead.
8) Press down on the ink cartridge tab until you hear a click.
9) Close the printer access door.
How do I install a new printhead in my all-in-one printer?
To replace the printhead in your all-in-one printer:
Make sure the printer is on.
Lift the printer access door and wait for the carriage to move to the access position.
NOTE: For ESP 3250 and ESP 5250 all-in-one printers:
On the printer control panel, press Home.
Select Maintenance, then press OK.
Select Install Ink Cartridges, then press OK. If "Install Ink Cartridges" is not an available selection, upgrade the firmware.
Remove any paper that may be loaded in the printer.
Remove the black and color ink cartridges and set them aside.
Remove the existing printhead:
For ESP Series Printers, unlatch the printhead by lifting the latch in the center of the carriage.
For 5000 Series Printers, unlatch the printhead by pressing the button in the upper-left corner of the carriage.
Lift the printhead out of the carriage.
Remove the new printhead from its bag.
CAUTION: Do not touch the copper contacts on the printhead, as this may damage it.
Remove the plastic protective shields.
Place the new printhead into the carriage.
Push firmly against the target label of the printhead until you hear a loud snap.
Insert the color ink cartridge into the printhead and press down until you hear it click into place.
Insert the black ink cartridge into the printhead and press down until you hear it click into place.
Close the printer access door.
The printer detects the new printhead. Follow the instructions on the LCD to calibrate your printer. NOTE: ESP 3 all-in-one printers do not require calibration.

It sounds like you need a new printhead. The Kodak ESP 3 works in two stages, you have a printhead which is what transfers the ink to the paper then you have the ink cartridges. Change the printhead. You can try to clean it also, by removing all the inks. Taking the printhead out and soak it it warm water to dissolve the clog. Sometimes it will work.

Click on menu on the printer,scroll down and choose clean printhead or go to maintenance and then click on clean printhead .After that try to print.
