Fuzzy picture I have a 2003 Zenith l20v36 lcd. The sound is fine but the picture has horizontal and a little bit of vertical lines. Usually have to wait 15 mins or so then slap the back of the tv in different places til picture clears up. I sent it to a tv repair shop. They said a part was loose but later the same problem came up. What's wrong with it and can it be fixed?

Having looked at the specs for this TV, it would indicate that to receive digital pictures, you would indeed need an external set-top-box, as the tuner in the TV is a standard NTSC tuner, not a DTV tuner.
